Enduring life / celebrating life In the word enduring there is „end“ As soon as you endure life your dead already! So much people are talking about celebrating life , every breath and every second.
Especially in hard time like those in the world.
They are right , no question but to all those who also have the feeling to endure life : you are not alone.
Even air can feel heavy on the body .
As a spiritual soul i can only give you this advice :
Look up to the stars every day even when you dont see any.
There are there . Burning and shining since billions of years
So if you need comfort , there are the proove that there is some stability out there.. Change is good , important and the essence of life but i feel that we all need stability at the moment. I re-learned where is the north star, the ursa major and minor constellations and i felt so good while i look at them for few minutes every night.
As long as the earth is turning and the stars shining we must celebrate life not enduring .
We owe that to ourselves

For a couple of months I tried a lots of my clothe

For a couple of months I tried a lots of my clothes and most of them didn’t fit anymore
It sounds superficial but it really depressed me I am not afraid of getting older ( in fact I love it ) but I refuse that time is telling where to become physically Corona didnt helped and I can see here on Insta a lots of people still having troubles with body and mind
Even with gym everyday it didn’t get better
I heard something about a new pill wich help very quickly
After a couple of days I could already see changes Yesterday I tried again some clothes , some fits again , some not .this one did :
I got this dress for almost 20 years .
This picture is everything .
It’s me happy . Truelly It not about beeing thin or young . I love curves and I wouldn’t want to be 20 again
